Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with Collage Maker (the "Service"). It applies to all users and supplements our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to this AUP.

2. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, create, store, or share content that:

  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts minors in any sexual context.
  • Promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm.
  • Is hateful, discriminatory, or harassing based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • Defames, impersonates, or invades the privacy of any individual.
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of any person or company — including uploading photos or artwork you do not own or have a licence to use.
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
  • Is illegal under applicable law or encourages illegal activity.
  • Constitutes spam or unsolicited commercial communications.

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the Service beyond normal use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account.
  • Circumvent any security measure, access control, or usage limit.
  • Resell or sub-licence access to the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Use the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure.

4. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this AUP, please report it to hello@collagemaker.app. Include as much detail as possible, including URLs or screenshots where relevant.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this AUP, without notice and at our sole discretion. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post any changes on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
