1. Introduction

Welcome to Collage Maker ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at collagemaker.app and our photo-collage creation service (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Collage Maker is an online tool that lets you create, save, and download photo collages using our library of templates, stickers, and editing tools. We offer both a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. Accounts

To save your work, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly at hello@collagemaker.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change before it takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display it solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and use all User Content. You must not upload content that:

• Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or sexually explicit.
• Violates any person's privacy or data protection rights.

6. Our Content

Our templates, sticker assets, and other materials provided by us ("Our Content") are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Our Content solely within the Service to create collages for personal or commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicence Our Content as standalone files.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its components (excluding User Content) are the intellectual property of Collage Maker. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Collage Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) £50.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
