Refund Policy

1. Overview

We want you to be happy with Collage Maker. If you are not satisfied with your paid subscription, this policy explains your options.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid subscription and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time subscriptions only.

To request a refund, email hello@collagemaker.app within 14 days of purchase with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund except in cases of billing error. If you have been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate promptly.

To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date from your account settings.

4. Annual Subscriptions

If you have purchased an annual subscription and cancel within 14 days, you are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion if you have a valid reason for cancellation.

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are processed via Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request is fraudulent, if the account has violated our Terms & Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy, or if the 14-day window has passed.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. UK customers may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
