DMCA & Copyright Policy

1. Overview

Collage Maker respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and equivalent legislation, we will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content accessible through our Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that includes all of the following:

  1. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  3. A description of where the infringing material is located on our Service (URL or other identifier).
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.

We will process valid notices within 10 business days and remove or disable access to the infringing content.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the content that was removed and its prior location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court for your location, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant and may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.

4. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances. "Repeat infringer" means a user against whom we have received two or more valid takedown notices.

5. Our Content

All templates, stickers, and original assets created by Collage Maker are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of our content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
